Jaden Lehman has strived to bring joy and healing to audiences for more than a decade. Drawing upon a wide range of influences – from Jerry Garcia to Pharoah Sanders, Fela Kuti, Derek Trucks, Bob Marley, Curtis Mayfield, Wah Wah Watson, and more – Jaden is a musical chameleon who can play almost any style of music, yet his distinctive voice on the guitar is never lost. Jaden is committed to preserving the improvisational music tradition and values honest emotional expression over polished technicality.

In addition to fronting his own bands, Jaden has made a name for himself performing regularly with staples of the South Florida music scene. Over the years, Jaden has also shared the stage with legends like Oteil Burbridge, Eric Krasno, Steve Kimock, Roosevelt Collier, DJ Logic, Marc Quiñones, and more. He is featured on “High Time,” the second track on Burbridge’s latest record, “Lovely View of Heaven.” Since moving to Los Angeles in August 2022, he has already made waves performing and recording with pop artists such as Lily Forte, Allegra Miles, Dylan Thom, Liz Becker, Meghan Chen, Sofia Silvestri, and more at venues like the Troubadour, El Rey Theatre, and NAMM Show.

Jaden was born and raised in Lake Worth, FL. In 2020, Jaden started the Sound Waves Foundation (www.thesoundwavesfoundation.com) to harness the power of music and protect the beaches that have given him so much joy. This nonprofit organization has carried out eight beach cleanups (and counting), each with live concerts on the sand to attract volunteers. An avid surfer, he has always felt a deep connection to the ocean. He finds beauty in its ephemerality – no two waves are exactly the same. He aspires for his music to be a reflection of nature’s novel creative spirit, with every performance expressing the sacred present moment. He is currently pursuing his B.M. in Popular Music Performance at USC’s Thornton School of Music, with a minor in Environmental Studies
